Joining the resident portal

Accept an invitation to the portal

For renters and household members invited by a homeowner.

Steps

1. 1

   Step 1: Ask the homeowner to invite you from My Household in their portal. If you rent, ask your landlord.

2. 2

   Step 2: You'll get an email from the Fox Valley HOA with a link. Open it within 14 days.

3. 3

   Step 3: Check your Full name, add your Phone, and choose a Password of at least 10 characters. Choose Create my account.

   

4. 4

   Step 4: You're signed in and linked to the home. Next time, sign in with your email and password.
