Homeowners: create your portal account
The Board mails each home a one-time registration code. Use it with your address to create your account. Lost the letter or just closed on your home? Contact the Board and we'll send a new code.

Renters: ask your landlord for an invitation
Homeowners invite their renters from the portal. You'll receive an email link to set up your own account for announcements, guest parking passes and more.

Set up your utilities
Fox Valley is inside Crestview city limits. Electricity comes from FPL; water, sewer and trash from the City of Crestview; cable TV, internet and home phone from Spectrum; and natural gas from Okaloosa Gas District. Our guide has the phone numbers and what to bring.

Read the governing documents
Every Fox Valley property is subject to the community's covenants and restrictions. They are available in the portal — please review them, especially before planning exterior changes.

Planning changes? Submit an architectural request first
Fences, paint colors, roofs, sheds and other exterior changes need Architectural Committee approval before work begins.

Set up your dues payment
Once you've registered, the resident portal shows the dues amount and the link to the payment portal, where dues are paid and tracked.
