Portal accounts

• Portal accounts are for Fox Valley homeowners and their authorized renters. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Homeowners are responsible for the renters they invite and should remove access when a lease ends.
• The Board may deactivate accounts that are no longer associated with a Fox Valley property or that are misused.

Acceptable use

Be respectful. Do not submit false information, harass other residents, or attempt to access information you are not authorized to see. Resident directory information may not be used for commercial purposes.

Governing documents control

Information on this website is provided for convenience. If anything here conflicts with the Association's recorded governing documents or Florida law, the governing documents and the law control. An architectural request is not approved until you receive written approval from the Board.

No emergency services

This website is not monitored around the clock. In an emergency, call 911.

Changes

The Association may update these terms. Continued use of the website means you accept the updated terms.
