Police & public safety
Fox Valley is inside Crestview city limits, so the Crestview Police Department serves the neighborhood. Call 911 for emergencies and the non-emergency line for everything else.

Use the non-emergency line when you need an officer but no one is in danger, for example an abandoned vehicle, a hazard or debris in the road, a noise complaint, or suspicious activity that has already passed. The station at 201 Stillwell Blvd is open 24 hours a day.
Where to report a problem
Streetlights, public roads and utility lines belong to the City of Crestview and the utility companies, so reporting to them directly is the fastest way to get them fixed.

FPL maintains the streetlights on Fox Valley streets. Report online or by phone; note the pole tag number (on the pole) or the nearest address.

Lights at the Fox Valley entrance sign and in the common areas belong to the HOA; report those to the Board instead.

Potholes, road damage, street signs & drainage
The City of Crestview maintains Fox Valley's streets. Report pavement damage, missing or damaged street signs, and blocked storm drains to the City.

What the HOA handles
The association looks after Fox Valley's own common areas: the entrance and sign, the Park Area, the ponds and common landscaping, including the lights at the entrance. For those, and for neighbor concerns, contact the Board.
