Welcome! How to join the portal and what to set up first.

Steps

1. 1

   Step 1: Welcome to Fox Valley! After your closing, the Board mails a registration letter with a new code for your home. The previous owners' access is closed.

2. 2

   Step 2: Because county records take a few weeks to update, if you haven't received a letter within a month of closing, contact the Board and choose Portal account help.

3. 3

   Step 3: With your letter, create your account, then invite the rest of your household.

4. 4

   Step 4: The New Residents page covers utilities, the governing documents, dues and who to contact. Before changing anything outside your home, ask for approval in the portal first.
