Signing in

Sign in with a two-factor code, or if you lost your phone

For accounts with two-factor sign-in turned on.

Steps

   Step 1: After your password you're asked for an Authentication code. Open Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator on your phone, find Fox Valley HOA, and type the 6-digit code. Choose Verify.

   Step 2: The code changes every 30 seconds. If it's rejected, wait for the next one and check your phone's clock is set automatically.

   Step 3: Don't have your phone? Choose Use a recovery code instead and type one of the backup codes you saved when you set it up. Each code works once.

   Step 4: Lost your phone and your backup codes? Contact the Board and choose Portal account help. After confirming who you are, an administrator can reset it so you can set it up again.
