Every homeowner is a member of the HOA and the payment of annual dues is not “optional.”
The annual dues are $660 or $55 per month, payable in advance on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis. "Progressive Management", the company that handles our accounting sends out billing statements. Any account inquiries should be directed to them i.e. payments, balances and account updates . Checks should be made out to "Fox Valley HOA". If you have any general HOA questions / inquiries please feel free to contact us via the contact tab. The HOA executives are committed to making this a great place to live.
